Return Policy

Returns

At Riff Headgear, we believe our product is the very best of its kind. If you are not completely satisfied with your Riff product, you may send it back within thirty (30) days in it's original packaging and condition for a full refund. Riff Headgear does not pay for return shipping. Upon receiving and approving your return, your method of payment will be credited the cost of the item.

Please note that returns must not show any sign of wear and be in like-new condition. Riff Headgear withholds the right to accept or refuse any returns. Reasons a return might be refused include but are not limited to: visible wear, damage or distress; loss of original packaging or any pieces associated with the product; returns received after the thirty (30) day return period.

Shipping

Riff Headgear is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. If a product is approved for a refund, the refund shall consist of the price of the product: original shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns and exchanges should be sent to our distribution center at: 4712 Pompano St., Placida, FL. 33946-2258 United States.

Riff Headgear does not guarantee shipping times. Depending on shipping location, products may take longer to reach destination. For returns and exchanges, Riff Headgear is not responsible for the amount of time it takes to receive the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@riffheadgear.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Riff Headgear does not offer returns on sale items. Only full priced products are available for return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Items may be eligible for replacement if they arrive in defective or damaged condition. Please contact us at sales@riffheadgear.com to discuss whether your item is considered defective. If an exchange is approved, the item will be sent to our distribution center at: 4712 Pompano St. Placida, FL. 33946, United States.

Gifts

Products purchased from Riff Headgear are refundable only to the payment method used to purchase. If a product was a gift and a return is required, the original payment method will be credited. If an exchange or replacement is necessary and the item was a gift, please contact sales@riffheadgear.com.
